We don't need to ask a user if they have had previous convictions or not. Could we delete it from both the Create account and the Account details? As for now the answer is set automatic for no, but would be nice if it could be deleted

We are seeing many people physically returning cars, fitted with carkits, but not finishing the booking in the app, and signalling the end of the booking. This has the unintended consequence of preventing the next person using the car, and potentially running up late fees.

Currently the country code for the phone is shadowed. Could we have it as a default? Its confusing if I see the shadowed "+47" I will write my number without it because I'm seeing it, but when I'm done writing it it asks for the +47 code.

At the moment when locating a car or searching for cars, we only support addresses that are classified by google as "street_address". However, POIs and Establishments are also physical places that are fairly common places to park cars.

When making a booking, it would be good for the customer to know if the car has any maximum booking length constraints. The term 'Make a Request' could be replaced with 'Make a Booking'. This make more cognitive sense to a customer, even if the technical process being implement by Hourfleet is to create a booking request eg Heading: Make a Booking This vehicle can be booked for a maximum of 10 hours Booking Period: etc.

As an operator, I want to be emailed whenever a new user signs up to the service. So that I do not delay the opportunity to verify them ASAP, so that they can start using the service immediately.

Is it possible to remove the License No., Classes and Expiry date from the Upload License form? Not all licenses in Norway have an expiry date and I think Classes and License No. aren't necessary when we already have the license. What do you think?

Once I've signed up and created my new Car Share, I want to have some simple tools to configure my own App branding and styles etc.

As an Hourfleet customer, I want to allow my members to upload their drivers' record , and for my operations team to be able to review such records as part of verifying a membership

Road Worthiness is specific to NewZealand, and needs to be made suitable for other countries.
