Currently the country code for the phone is shadowed. Could we have it as a default?

Its confusing if I see the shadowed "+47" I will write my number without it because I'm seeing it, but when I'm done writing it it asks for the +47 code.

Hi Miriam, we haven't released the version (v.1.97.0) that the fix is in, yet.

I don't know if the improvement is clear. The country code is just shadowed but not as default.
