As an operator I would like to have some SMS notification as default:

Upcoming Booking Reminder
Booking Reallocated
Booking Ending Reminder
Booking Overdue
Booking Returned Confirmation

Miriam Garcia Valencia Do you mean you want these notifications to be sent by SMS by default for all users?

(Of course, users can change their own notifications settings at any time)

Jezz Santos: Yes. As for now it's only possible to select from the web version which SMS notifications are allowed. All emails are as default and would like those 5 in SMS as default too.

One issue is that SMS text messages have a cost associated with them to the operator, so this is one thing to consider.
