As an operator, I want all my bookings to be automatically billed, after they are completed.

Then I want the ability to add credits and debits to accounts where necessary. For example, a 'credit' can be added to a customers account if I want to discount them something, or a 'debit' can be added in the case of parking or speeding tickets that occurred during their rental.
