Display verified drivers license

A new borrower registered and reported that his driving license was not verified. When going to the verification board the driver's license doesn't display in the verification details, but the user uploaded the pictures as files.
Is there any way to have the driver's license and verify it?

As Jezz Santos confirmed this is a bug we will have with some past users. Is there a way we can manage this error with past users so it doesn't happen? Andrew Kissling
